At Deloitte, she led financial modelling for a nationwide MSME cluster study, building 78+ sector-specific models that informed multi-billion naira investment and policy decisions. She has also developed fintech launch models, overseen valuations exceeding ₦6 billion, and supported corporate structuring, feasibility studies, and multinational expansions. Beyond advisory, Onyinye has operational leadership experience—from driving a hospital turnaround that achieved 500% growth in 18 months to coordinating cross-functional teams for market entry projects and overseeing the operationalization of a 300-bed COVID-19 treatment centre. Her blend of legal, regulatory, governance, and execution expertise enables her to deliver solutions that are not only compliant but also commercially impactful and sustainable.
